Hoover High School – lists will be provided by course the first week of school

NCCS Transportation schedules are being finalized and communicated to families through email. Families do not need to call or email the Transportation Department to request transportation. Each eligible child will be routed on a school bus. Our staff are balancing routes, ensuring students are on the proper bus roster, and our drivers have started practicing driving and learning their routes preparing for the first day.

NCCS uses the Stopfinder app, a free app available for Apple and Android phones. From there, families will see their child's busing information by selecting the first day of school (August 19, 20, 25, and/or 26). Please double-check the app as the first day of school approaches for any adjustments as we continue to update our routes with new enrollees.

PaySchools Central can be used for convienent online payment of school fees and meal balances.

School fees at PaySchools Central are currently turned off so we can transition into the new school year.  We expect them to be accessible in mid to late September.  Thanks for your patience!

All student-athletes MUST have a current, updated physical prior to fall sports tryouts.

Physicals are “current” for 13 months from the examination date.   You can check physical exam status in Final Forms. 

OHSAA Physical Exam Forms can be found on the OHSAA website.

Please check the Physical Exam Forms for completion.  Both the “PHYSICAL EVALUATION FORM” and “MEDICAL ELIGIBILITY FORM” must be signed and dated by your healthcare provider otherwise, they are not complete.

Uploading Sports Physicals to Final Forms ** Preferred method of submission

The Athletic Office is transitioning to paperless physical exam documents and will phase out paper copies in the future.  Physicals may be uploaded to Final Forms or turned into the Hoover Athletic Office.  See upload instructions here:  How to Upload Physicals to Final Forms. Please do not give any of your paperwork to a coach or trainer.
