We are seeking passionate staff members who are dedicated to creating an enviornment for academic excellence and a supportive learning environment. Your journey to a rewarding career starts here!
BECOME A VIKING! We are excited that you’d like to join us at NCCS! You can review current postings and apply online for certificated (teaching) and classified (non-teaching) jobs throughout the district.
Not sure yet? We strongly encourage you to consider applying for substitute employment (classified or certificated) even if you desire permanent placement. Working substitute jobs gives you the unique opportunity to become better acquainted with our district and each school location as well as various employment opportunities. Many of our substitutes are hired for permanent employment because staff, principals and supervisors get to know their skills and abilities on a first-hand basis.
We can’t wait to hear from you!
Program Choice offers students and families a selection of specialized educational programs designed to meet diverse learning needs, interests, and goals.

Each program is tailored to foster unique skill sets and personal growth, ensuring that students engage in meaningful, challenging learning experiences. The aim is to empower students with the knowledge and tools they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive, inclusive environment.
