SUBSTITUTE EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION: SUBSTITUTES ARE NEEDED IN ALL POSITIONS
We strongly encourage you to consider applying for substitute employment (classified or certificated) even if you desire permanent placement. Working substitute jobs gives you the unique opportunity to become better acquainted with our district and each school location as well as various employment opportunities. Many of our substitutes are hired for permanent employment because staff, principals and supervisors get to know their skills and abilities on a first-hand basis.

If you are interested in becoming a certificated substitute, please contact the Stark County Educational Service Center at 330-492-8136 for instructions on how to be added to the certificated substitute list for North Canton.

Substitute Bus Drivers Needed

If interested in being trained to be a school bus driver, please contact Scott Smith at the North Canton Bus Garage at 330.497.5615.  Scott will give you an overview of what is necessary and work with you through the process. Morning and/or afternoon sub positions are available to fit your schedule, and we offer competitive pay for this very important position. Also, this could lead to permanent employment.

Substitute Custodial Staff Needed
