Michelle McAllister has been named as a recipient of the RISE Award. from the Ohio Department of Education. She was nominated by NCMS Associate Principal Renee Manse. Mrs. Manse shared these thoughts in her nomination. "Michelle exemplifies the most positive image possible of classified school employees in both the school and community. As mentioned above, she treats everybody with the utmost kindness and respect always. She illuminates our district values of respect, responsibility, grit and integrity. Michelle has a positive influence on others by helping to create a welcoming environment for parents and students alike."
