We host various meetings each year for our families and students. We will post more information about each meeting and reminders as we get closer to the dates.

Current HS students in grades 9-11 received their scheduling materials for the upcoming school year at the end of January.
Students and parents/guardians received an email around this time as well, detailing the scheduling process and related information. You can watch a recording of our scheduling presentation to students from late January on our YouTube channel.

If you are a prospective family considering Hoover High School for next year, please view this flyer about an upcoming open house.  Thursday, February 2, 2023, we welcome any prospective families to Hoover High School for an informational meeting about the opportunities available for students at our school. Academics, athletics and the arts will be discussed. Enrollment and scheduling information will be shared as well. Please view the attached flyer for additional details.

If you are unable to make this meeting, we will post a recording of both presentations to our YouTube Channel in early February for any current 8th graders and prospective families. 

Hoover HS is using Naviance to help our students plan their future career and college goals. Students access their Naviance account by being logged into their Hoover Gmail account. Naviance is on the Google apps synced to their accounts. Local scholarship will be posted in Naviance.

Each year, students and parents/guardians must complete a verification form in their CCP Packet acknowledging they watched the video above. College Credit Plus information (in particular) can change from year to year as the State and colleges updates their rules and guidelines. CCP Packets are posted below.
