Over the past few months, the school district has reached out to our stakeholders, asking questions about our performance, our successes, our weaknesses, our opportunities for growth and threats that keep us from succeeding in our mission. We listened to you. We read your comments. Finally, we are sharing the full results.
The results of the 2016 Community Survey, the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis, and financial, academic and students resources gave us the basis of our new strategic plan. We have collaborated as an administrative team to set new targets and goals, which we will work to implement over the next three years.
We heard you say that you want a school district that is transparent and empowering to both students and staff. Thus, we are sharing the results of the community survey and SWOT analysis.
