Welcome to my homepage and the 2010-2011 school year!

I am a second grade teacher at Orchard Hill, and I am in my twenty-third year of teaching.  I have taught Title I Reading, and first, second, and fourth grades.  I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education from The Ohio State University and a Master's Degree in Education from Akron University.  Most recently, I completed my MA+30 by attending various professional growth workshops. I truly enjoy being a life-long learner! 

My husband Michael and I celebrated our twenty-second wedding anniversary this year.  We have a seventeen year old son,Weston, and a fifteen year old daughter, Sydney. They both attend North Canton City Schools and are very busy participating in various extra curricular activities.  Needless to say, they keep us on the go!
