Welcome to my homepage and the 2008-2009 school year!

I am a second grade teacher at Orchard Hill, and I am in my twenty-first year of teaching.  I have taught Title I Reading, and first, second, and fourth grades.  I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education from The Ohio State University and a Master's Degree in Education from Akron University.  Most recently, I completed my MA+30 by attending various professional growth workshops. I truly enjoy being a life-long learner. 

My husband Michael and I celebrated our twentieth wedding anniversary this year.  We have a sixteen year old son named Weston, and a thirteen year old daughter named Sydney. They both attend North Canton City Schools and are very busy participating in various extra curricular activities.  Needless to say, they keep us on the go.
