Welcome to 2010 and the second half of our school year!

Wow! It is so hard to belive that 2009 is behind us and we are into the second half of our school year! Hopefully all the students are well rested and ready to dig into our work for the remainder of the year! We did notice an improvement in the missing assignments during the last month and hope that this continues to improve! These fourth graders will surely grow up and mature in their responsibilities before the end of the year. We have already seen some great improvements! We hope that you have at home also! Please encourage your child to complete and turn in their assignments when due. Thank you for your home support in this matter!

Please remember to check assignment books and book bags nightly to ensure that assignments and papers have been completed and reviewed. RESPONSIBILITY is such an important element of success in the fourth grade and beyond. This year I will try to help your children become more responsible for themselves and their school work. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated!

Students please make sure you have the following for school each day:

* homework

* assignment book
