Step 6: The Home Access site will always open to your favorites page.  This page has been predefined for you with icons for accessing your M drive, L drive, and R drive folders.  There is also an icon to connect to our terminal servers so you can work with Microsoft Office from anywhere that may not have it available.  The links down the left hand side are for users who may have access to more network resources.  They allow things to be grouped by access type so that the favorites page does not become cluttered.  The only icons in the top right corner that you should be aware of is the home icon and the logout icon.  The home icon will always take you back to the favorites page.  The logout icon is used to close the session so no one else can gain access to your files.

Step 7:  When accessing the M, L, and/or R drive you will be presented with the same pop-up window.  There is a breadcrumb trail along the top so that you always know which folder you are in.  The section below that is where the files and folders are listed.  Depending on how many files and folders you have there may be several pages to click through or you can click the asterisk (*) checkbox in the lower right corner of that section to make it show all the files in one long page.  The section to the right is the control panel.  You can use this to zip and download several files, make new folders, copy and paste files, delete files, upload new files, etc....  Simply close the pop-up window when your done and it will take you back to the last page you were on.
