The link at the bottom of this page will take you to the Middle School Parent Teacher Conference Scheduling site. To log into the site you will use your student's ID number and password, just like logging into the Pinnacle Internet Viewer (PIV) . However, please review the following information before logging in the first time:

Our conference scheduling system uses Google Calendar. To access the system you have to log in with a special Google account specific to your student (see below for more details on the username and password). Because of this, if you have your own personal Gmail account, you will need to log out of your own personal Gmail account before attempting to log into the conference scheduling system. When done scheduling your conferences, you can log back into your own personal Gmail account. If you need to log out of a personal Gmail account you can use this link: Log out of Gmail
If you do not know which teachers your student has, you will need to check their schedule before using the conference website. The conference website will list all available staff members in the building, not just those assigned to your student. You can get your student’s current schedule through the PIV (Pinnacle Internet Viewer) at: http://pinnaclesuite.sparcc.org/Pinnacle/Gradebook
When you first access the conference scheduling website you will need to log in.
Note: If you do not get a login box, but instead get a message that reads “You need permission to access this item” then that means you are still logged into your personal Gmail account. To access the conference scheduling website you must log in with a special Google account linked to your student, so you have to log out of your own personal Gmail account first, and then come back to the conference site.

The very first time you log in, you will need to accept the “Google Terms of Service” for this account. To do this you will need to type in text (to prove you are a human) and click the “I accept” button. This is a one-time process for this special account. In the future when you log in to schedule other parent teacher conferences you will not have to go through this process again.
