Attendance:

Call the school (330-497-5635) before 9:00 a.m. to report a student absent.  An answering machine is available during non-school hours.  Please state the student’s name, grade, and reason for the absence. Pre-excused notes should be brought to the attendance office the day before an appointment.  The State of Ohio Missing Child Act requires that we know the whereabouts of all of our students.

Forgotten items:

Delivery of forgotten items is to be made to the Welcome Center.  The student’s name will be listed on the message center.  Please mark the item with the student’s name and grade.

Phone Calls:

If you need to talk to a teacher, please call from 7:15-7:30 a.m. or 2:50-3:10 p.m.  During school hours, a written message will be placed in the teacher’s mailbox.

Homework requests:

As stated in the student planner, homework for two or more days of absence must be requested no later than 8:00 a.m.  Homework Hotline (click for details) should be used for shorter absences.
