Our district is always looking for ways to increase communication between school and parents.  Email is an excellent method of communication for many reasons:

• Many parents have email accounts.
• Email saves money by cutting down on postage.
• Email saves resources by cutting down on paper.
• Email saves time since information can be sent to large groups of parents very quickly.

Our district would like to begin using email as much as possible in place of printed materials.

• Email could be sent to groups, such as all the parents of a particular building or a specific grade level or for just one classroom.
• Our schools could email newsletters, flyers, announcements, and reminders.
• Staff could also use parent email accounts to communicate with individual parents as needed.

For this to happen, we need to collect email addresses for all the parents in our district.  To help collect parent email addresses, we have put together a very simple online form.  Please click the link below to fill out the online form and submit your email addresses.  For each child you have, you may submit one or two parent email addresses.  If you have more than one child, you will need to complete the form again for each child.
